Brian, I have avoided getting into an argument with you but with your continuous ranting this is no longer an option. You are most welcome to buy elsewhere and I wish you had in this case as it appears that your vindictiveness is unending. You were given the opportunity to repack the product and send it back, and by your own admission you are capable of vacuum packing yourself anyway. That was not too much to ask but you chose to rather rant about it. Funny thing is that you have changed your storey three times already so we are having a problem trying to believe you. You may carry on and say what you like but we have genuine satisfied customers who continually come back and buy the exact same products you ordered and are very happy with it, so the problem must be with you. For some reason you have picked on us and as you are not getting what you are trying to get, this is your modus operandi. If you had been a bit more civil from the start, you may have met with a different outcome but we believe that you and your friends consumed the product and thought we would be an easy target for a bit of extortion. Had you sent photos of the binned product, as you claimed to have done the same day you received it, that may have made a difference. You then claimed that the biltong went mouldy after three days, which is also a huge contradiction as you had already binned it a few days earlier?? Photos here would have also been helpful as well, I also believe that if you are a South African you would have known how to preserve your biltong for a bit longer than three days in the first place.
