Shipping policy

 

All orders over £70 the shipping is free. Any Order under £70 will be shipped at a rate of £5.85 per package.

Delivery times are beyond our control as we use outside transporters so we cannot guarantee that your delivery will be on time. Due to unforeseen circumstances within our supply chain, orders can be delayed from time to time which can also affect delivery times but we will keep you up to date in the event of any delays. Delays are more likely to be during the high peek seasons such as the summer school holidays and the Christmas holidays.

In the event of items being received damaged, we need to be informed within 12 hours of receiving the goods. We will require photo’s of the damaged packaging as was received. We cannot accept opened packages with the contents either missing or incomplete. Please do not accept parcels from the courier that have been opened or tampered with as this will void any claim. Once all these requirements have been met we will be in a position to raise a claim from the courier should they be responsible for the loss/damage. The contents of your package are perishable and therefore need to be shipped to you in as short a time as possible. All orders are packed in breathable packaging and vacuum packed to lock in freshness and help prevent spoiling if delivery is slightly delayed, but due to the product being perishable we cannot be held responsible for goods spoiling due to late delivery. You will be given tracking information on your parcel once dispatched including the courier contact details so you can follow up on your delivery. Please ensure that you include your preferred delivery method and that you will be available to receive the delivery if required. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by missed deliveries or any re delivery costs that may be incurred.

Any compensation for claims made against the courier are entirely dependant on the courier’s acceptance of liability for the loss or damage. We do not accept any responsibility on behalf of any courier who is engaged in transporting the goods and will not pay out any claims for goods that cannot be proven to be lost or damaged.  Sufficient evidence will be required for proof of claims for late deliveries.

Decisions may take up to 5 working days after which time you will be notified of the outcome.

Dispatch of goods are generally undertaken by the next day if orders are received before 11.00 am but will be dependent on the season as previously stated and the volume of orders at the time.

Due to processing times and the fact that your orders are freshly prepared, the dispatch window could be as much as 3 to 5 days but we will work hard to ensure that this is kept to a minimum. You will be kept up to date on any delays should they happen.

If your parcel has not been delivered within 4 days of dispatch notification please inform us via e mail or call us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your parcel.

Our obligation does not end once your order has been dispatched as we are passionate about our products and hold our customers in high regard so we go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with our products and service. You deserve the best, so with us, you can rest.
