What We are About

Having grown up with biltong around me all my life it came as a huge shock when I arrived here in the Uk that there was practically none around! and what was around was overpriced and well, not very good, thankfully South African and Zimbabwean food is now far more accessible and affordable to most us living here when we need something from home. Some of these products can now even be found in certain super markets

For a long time now We(Yvette and I) have been wanting to have an online shop, something that sells products that are good quality, good value and taste brilliant. With this in mind we are seeking out new "gems " to pass on to you the customer - products that will compliment what we already have on the site and hopefully what you have in your house. At the moment we have just got biltong but there will be other products shortly. There will be some that are old favourites and others that you may have never heard of before. All of the food that you find on here is food that I eat and love and can, from time to time, be found in my own pantry.
