For those that know biltong, the smell, the taste, the texture, the hard outer layer and the softer dark red inside, the cheeky spicy bite of peri peri or the smooth richness of plain biltong is something that we love. Some like it moist and almost "raw" while others like it dry. For those of you that don't know biltong - try it you will be very pleasantly surprised at how good it is !
